Kibo appoints new director

JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Aim- and AltX-listed Kibo Mining on Friday appointed Andreas Lianos as an executive director, effective March 1.

The 47-year-old is a chartered accountant, certified management accountant, certified internal auditor and a JSE-qualified executive.

Lianos, who cofounded Tanzania-focused Kibo's JSE-designated corporate adviser, River Group, is director at River Capital Partners, River Sponsor Services, Boudica Trust, Mzuri Exploration Services and Mzuri Capital Group.

He also holds 500 000 shares in Kibo which are held by River Group.
