EWSETA engages in strategic partnerships with key stakeholders within the water infrastructure industry to promote skills development and address the imperative of diversity and inclusion. Through collaborative initiatives, we aim to ensure equal access, representation and opportunities for individuals. EWSETA fosters adaptability and encourages innovation through skills development programmes that equip professionals with the latest tools and techniques, strategically aligning them with the sector's evolving needs, including emerging technologies, sustainability goals and changing regulatory landscapes. We conduct rigorous assessment and evaluation of training programmes using metrics and feedback mechanisms to measure their impact on the competency and proficiency of the workforce, thereby driving continuous improvement in South Africa's water sector.
