In 2018, the South African company, Thesele Group, acquired the business, rebranding it as Vexila and propelling it to become one of the largest manufacturers in the rail, transmission and distribution industry in Africa. Situated in Pietermaritzburg, Kwazulu-Natal, South Africa, Vexila’s manufacturing facilities, operating under its DQS certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality System, include:
