JOHANNESBURG (miningweekly.com) – Diversified miner Vedanta Resources has appointed Kuldip Kaura interim CEO, effective September 1.
Current CEO Tom Albanese will step down on August 31.
“On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Tom for his significant contribution to the business and wish him all the best for the future.
“Kuldip has the full support of the board and the management team and I am certain that he will provide strong leadership as we search for a permanent CEO,” chairperson Anil Agarwal commented on Wednesday.
