Training Artisans and Process Controllers

According to the critical skills survey on XpatWeb, the difficulty in recruiting skilled artisans has risen 45% in the last year. This result makes artisans the third most sought-after skilled professional for companies. The search for ICT specialists and engineers is the only professions to precede skilled artisans.

One of the biggest issues plaguing the country, apart from the unemployment rate, is the lack of skilled employees in the workforce. Employed citizens are sometimes placed in positions without having the skills to perform the job adequately. A call for training has been made and Artisans in Motion (AiM) is an institution that is ready to listen.

AiM’s solution to the skills crisis is to bring training to the company. AiM has the vision to assist companies that are striving to upskill their workforce in the fields of artisanship and engineering process controllers. By performing pre-assessment evaluations of the company’s employees, AiM short courses can be customised to fit your target needs without delaying your employees from work.

AiM offers on-site programmes from their fully-equipped mobile unit that will be hosted on the company’s premises. The AiM short courses are fully accredited and can be adapted to any technical company’s basic skills requirements for their entry level employees. This helps both the employer and the employees as on-site practical training will give the employer the certainty that the employees can familiarise themselves with the company’s equipment.

AiM short courses are conducted from our well-developed Mobile Training Units making it possible for training to be held on your premises. There are many benefits to the AiM solution, including the continued progress of day-to-day business and the assurance that employees will become competent, qualified artisans and process controllers who are capable of operating the company’s equipment.

Furthermore, AiM mobile and lifting courses are flexible to suit novice operators and operators who need a refresher course.
