Kael Solaire, a special purpose vehicle comprising Engie Global Developments (40%), Meridiam Infrastructure Africa Fund FIPS (26.3%), Meridiam Infrastructure Africa Parallel Fund FIPS (13.7%) and Fonsis SA (20%).

Project Description
The project entails the construction of a 35 MWp solar PV plant.

The electricity will be sold to State-owned utility Senelec under a 25-year power purchase agreement.

Potential Job Creation
The plant will generate about 100 construction jobs for about one year, and operations will involve about ten workers.
