JSE-listed agriculture and agroprocessing group Tongaat Hulett is finalising the appointment of a permanent CEO and said on Friday that it would make an announcement before the end of January.
Sydney Mtsambiwa is currently interim CEO, following retirement of long-serving CEO Peter Staude on October 31.
Staude worked for the company for 40 years and served as CEO for the past 16 years.
