Genrec Engineering commenced business rescue proceedings on 07 May 2020 and Lebogang Mpakati is the appointed Business Rescue Practitioner (“BRP”).
The BRP hereby now invites companies to submit offers for the acquisition of the Company of Genrec.
Genrec carries out industrial operations particularly in heavy steel structural fabrication, machining and on-site shutdowns and erections. The company services both local and international clients and primarily conducts its business in Wadeville.
