Thermopower has a dedicated R&D facility where process development work is carried out. Many innovative technologies and processes have been developed for several international bluechip mining houses over the last 30 years. R&D continues to be a major component of the work at Thermopower as more efficient, lower cost technologies are sought for the beneficiation of minerals, both locally and abroad.
The R&D facility caters for bench-scale as well as pilot-scale work, allowing clients to not only test technical feasibility, but also commercial viability.
