Project Description
bp and Linde plan to develop a major CCS project, which will allow for low-carbon hydrogen production at Linde’s existing facilities.

The development will also support the storage of carbon dioxide (CO2) captured from other industrial facilities, which will support the large-scale decarbonisation of the Texas Gulf Coast industrial corridor.

The project aims to store up to 15-million tons of CO2 a year at multiple sites – the equivalent of removing about three-million cars from the road.
