Telecommunications group Telkom has appointed Dirk Reyneke as its Group CFO, effective February 5.
Reyneke has been acting group CFO since December 7 following the resignation of Tsholofelo Molefe.
Telkom also appointed Kholeka Mzondeki as the chairperson of the social and ethics committee; Fagmeedah Petersen-Cook as a member of the nominations committee; Keith Rayner as a member of the investment and transactions committee; and Alphonso Samuels as a member of both the social and ethics and investment and transactions committees.
