Our modern facilities enable us to produce in excess of 800 tons per month and we are able to supply products in most materials that are available in South Africa. We are S.A.B.S. approved and manufacture DIN or ISO specifications.
Tel-Screw Products is equipped to do all types of bending and forming including cold heading, hot forging to 39mm, CNC machining and Milling. Our business started in Germiston Gauteng on the outskirts of Johannesburg over 48 years ago by a Frans Teleng, a Dutch citizen who immigrated to South Africa. At that time special fasteners were mostly imported.Our clients include the mining, building, construction, motor and electrification industries. We keep stock of more than twenty thousand different items on the shelf at all times. Our strongest feature has always been the special fastener that no one else can or will manufacture and we are prepared to make any quantity except a half of anything. We are able to manufacture a wide range of products in short delivery times. For special breakdowns, we are able to offer a 24-hour turnaround time depending on the component. The bigger the quantity, the better the price.
Tel-Screw Products has been in business for more than 48 years without a single sales representative – our name has spread across South Africa based solely on the quality and service we provide. We also have our own tooling facilities where we manufacture our own tooling and spare parts.
