Tailor-made mini-bulk fuelling solution

Gulf Stream delivery vehicle used for on-site fuel delivery

SPONSORED POST: Founded in 2009, Gulfstream Energy currently supplies about 2% of South Africa’s fuel requirements across a number of industry sectors – delivering over one-million litres of fuel each day out of 30 depots across South Africa. With over 10 years of experience in the fuel industry and a reputation firmly entrenched in security of supply, capability, flexibility and innovative culture, Gulfstream Energy has recently launched a mini-bulk fuelling solution called PowerOn.

Delivering diesel directly to customers, PowerOn delivers fuel to on-site equipment such as generators, bowsers or small tanks. The customer can telephone to place an order for delivery or use the soon-to-be launched mobile application for placing orders, tracking and paying for fuel all on one platform. Gulf Stream asserts that its PowerOn solution ensures smooth, easy and convenient accessibility to its products, offering customers quality fuel, competitive pricing and exceptional service.

In order to ensure a national footprint, reliability of supply, the delivery of predictable service levels and quality-guaranteed product, Gulfstream Energy sources petroleum products from a number of major oil companies, including Total, Sasol, BP, Masana, Engen, Shell, Astron Energy, Vitol and PetroSA.

In addition, the company’s newly constructed Burgan Cape Terminal storage facility in Cape Town harbour, holds storage capacity of 12-million litres a month, extending its supply capability of diesel 50 ppm and ULP95 to the Western and Northern Cape regions.

Gulfstream Energy is a 75% black women-owned, Level 2 broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) certified company and its accreditation enables customers to claim 125% of spend in support of their own preferential procurement and B-BBEE rating.
