The project entails the construction of a four-lane highway with freeway connectors on SR905.

It includes two freeway-to-freeway flyover bridges that will connect the SR125, SR11 and SR905 highways, as well as a 2 km greenfield extension of SR11 to the east towards the future port of entry.
