Established in 1996, SMS Steel is a flange manufacturing and profiling company, which has also made a name for itself in fabrication and structural maintenance in Gauteng province.
The company’s premises are at 6 Molecule street, Vulcania, near the East Rand town of Brakpan.
The flanges manufactured in the company’s 5 000 m2 factory include backing-ring flanges, electroplated flanges, mild-steel flanges, stainless-steel flanges, weld-neck flanges, hydrant flanges and puddle flanges.
SMS Steel, which employs 62 people, is an OHSAS 18001:2007- and ISO 9001:2008-accredited company.
