Early bird registrations for the upcoming South African Heavy Haul Association (Sahha) Conference 2022 are now open.
The conference, which will be held at Emperors Palace, in Kempton Park, Gauteng, from August 2 to 4, will be themed “Safe, Resilient and Efficient Heavy Haul – from pit to port”.
The programme will feature local and international experts who will present on operational and technical advancements in infrastructure, rolling stock, maintenance, operations, systems and processes, safety, security and human factors.
The conference will also feature discussions around strategic insights on industry policy and its impact on the logistics system, global logistics trends, best practice in the logistics system and technological developments.
The scope has been expanded to cover the entire heavy haul logistics value chain, from train loading at the mines, to vessel loading at the ports.
