Aim-listed Rambler Metals and Mining has appointed Eason Chen CFO on a full-time basis.
Chen has served as nonexecutive director of Rambler for the past eight years and, with his appointment as CFO, will transition to an executive director role.
His appointment follows the resignation of former CEO Sanjay Swarup, who will remain available to the company for the next four months to assist with the transition.
Rambler owns the Ming copper/cold project in Canada.
