ELECTRICAL CABLES:
Fire spread on vertical cable has been recorded to propagate as fast as 20m per minute. With the correct application of an ablative or intumescent coating, cable loss in the event of a fire can be reduced to as little as 10cm in one hour.
This not only reduces downtime and repair costs but also eliminates the possibility of toxic, corrosive smoke fumes from damaging switchgear.
FIRE STOPPING SEALS:
Penetration seals of cable trays passing through fire walls - up to 4 Hour fire rated.Prevents the spread of fire and smoke containing toxic gases.
Prevents insects and rodents entering sensitive switchgear.
