Project Description
Potrero is a large-scale greenfield 270 MWac solar PV renewable-energy power plant.

The project will install and operate solar panels, generation blocks, voltage stations, a substation, and connect to the national grid through a 400 kV high-voltage transmission line, which passes directly through the site.

Potential Job Creation
At peak construction the workforce is expected to total between 600 to 800 workers.

The project is estimated at $250-million.

Duration
It is expected to be commissioned in 2020.
