JSE-listed Murray & Roberts has appointed Jesmane Boggenpoel nonexecutive director and member of the risk and audit commitees, effective April 1.
She is a chartered accountant and has many years’ experience in investments, transactions and private equity funds.
Boggenpoel also currently serves as a nonexecutive director of technology company EOH Holdings and fertiliser company ETG Input Holdings.
She previously served on the boards of financial institution Lank Bank, telecoms operator Cell C, agriculture company Senwes and recruiter Adcorp.
