Executive director Marc Wainer will retire from the board of directors of JSE-listed Redefine Properties, with effect from August 31.
Wainer will remain available to the Redefine team in an advisory capacity while pursuing outside interests within the property sector.
“Marc’s guidance, instincts and inspiration lifted Redefine as a team to achieve what we have and who we are today,” Redefine CEO Andrew Konig said in a statement on Friday.
“We stand on Marc’s giant shoulders to take Redefine forward. We are privileged to have had Marc as a leader and a mentor, but more importantly as a friend and we look forward to being part of Marc’s new journey,” he added.
