The Reserve Bank of Malawi is inviting proposals from reputable software vendors for the supply and installation of a Web-based recruitment system as well as user training.
The central bank says that the system should run on a modern relational database platform that is scalable.
“The vendor should be a reputable firm with experience in the development, implementation and support of such systems. Those with experience in implementing such systems in a central bank environment will have an added advantage,” says the bank.
Bidding documents in English are obtainable on payment of a nonrefundable fee of 5 000 Malawi kwacha.
Technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes should be delivered by courier to the bank’s headquarters in the capital city, Lilongwe, by 15.30 on September 18, 2015.
