Project Description
Bluedrop Energy will set a new standard for South Africa’s gas cylinder manufacturing with construction of its LPG manufacturing facility.

Potential Job Creation
The project is expected to create 110 direct jobs during construction and 35 direct jobs at full commercial operation.

Capital Expenditure
Bluedrop has secured a R300-million investment from US-based equity fund J Sassoon Group.

Planned Start/End Date
Construction of the manufacturing plant is expected to start in the fourth quarter 2021 and will take 12 to 14 months to complete.
