I refer to an article by Dr Kelvin Kemm, headlined ‘High-powered speakers lined up for Nuclear Africa’ and published in the February 17 edition of Engineering News.
Kemm has already made it known, to me certainly, by his writing that he is well qualified and also skilful. Equally impressive is his wide range of international connections in the nuclear field. What is clear, however, is that he is not smart enough to see just how conflicted he has become.
