Investment banking company JPMorgan Chase & Co now owns 25.52% of the total issued ordinary shares of international infrastructure and resources company Aveng.
This includes the 19.07%, 3.87% and 2.58% holdings by various JPMorgan Chase & Co subsidiaries.
Meanwhile, multistrategy alternative asset manager Whitebox Multi-Strategy Partners’ shareholding now amounts to 11.9% of the total issued shares of Aveng.
Aveng received the formal notification on January 12 of an official acquisition of shares in the company.
