Project Description
The Phase 3 project includes the supply, installation, testing and launch of two F-type gas turbines that will produce 590 MW at 50 °C.
K-Station is part of the Jebel Ali power and water desalination plant and one of the main plants providing Dubai with reliable, efficient and high-quality electricity and water services.
The current generation capacity of K-Station is 948 MW. The third phase will add 90 MW, bringing the station’s total production capacity to 1 538 MW.

Duro Felguera (DF) Energy Division has signed a turnkey contract with the DEWA to build the gas-fired, open-cycle power plant.
