QTech™ is manufactured locally from non-combustible mineral wool and bonded with an inert thermosetting resin to form a strong resilient product. It has a Zero Ozone Depleting Potential and no CFC’s or HCFC’s are produced in the production process.

Additionally, QTech™ is totally shot free compared with traditional stonewool products that may have a shot content of 30% to 40%, thus providing outstanding resistance to heat transfer (no thermal bridging), no potential for shot settling over time and compromising thermal performance and no unnecessary additional weight due to the presence of shot content. Process stability due to optimised energy efficiency results in reduced downtime and therefore reduced maintenance costs.
