Aim-listed IronRidge Resources has advised that Priy Jayasuriya has resigned as CFO, effective immediately, by mutual agreement with the company.
The company has started an executive search for a new CFO and has appointed Karl Schlobohm as interim CFO to provide continuity until the search process has been completed.
Schlobohm is a qualified chartered accountant who has been the company secretary of IronRidge since 2009 and has previously acted as CFO.
