JSE-listed Hyprop’s 60%-owned Hystead has disposed of its indirect shareholding in the company that owns the Delta City Mall in Belgrade, Serbia.
Cash proceeds from the disposal have been received and the net proceeds of the disposal will be used to reduce debt.
