JSE-listed Hulamin has indicated that it will use a two-month extension granted by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) to finalise its results for the year ended December 31, 2019; however, it will endeavour to release these as soon as possible.
The company indicates that it will continue to update the market in respect of the matters raised in an earlier trading statement as greater certainty is obtained.
The FSCA granted the extension as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
