A new motor grader, featuring a cabin with 360° all-round visibility and a 75 dB silent mode for noise cancellation, has been added to Goscor Earth Moving’s portfolio. It has a load-sensing hydraulic system for motion control and a system which regulates the flow volume automatically, according to the load, helping to conserve engine power and reduce fuel consumption.
The SANY SMG200 motor grader’s engine delivers 205 hp maximum power, with reduced fuel consumption and carbon emissions. A smart fan-cooling system conducts real-time system-temperature monitoring and a hydraulic motor controls the fan’s rotating speed, to lower power consumption and noise.
The direct-drive power shift transmission allows for responsive shifting for added manoeuvrability. Variable power technology applies specific power curves to various work conditions, increasing engine fuel efficiency. Other key specifications are a blade length of 4.27 m, an operating weight of 16 920 kg, and an overall length of 8.89 m.
The grader features a durable exterior, with slewing ring bearings providing added strength for improved serviceability. Filters are positioned centrally and the handrail assists in carrying out routine checks.
