HellermannTyton also designs and manufactures plastic injection moulds, high-pressure aluminium die-cast moulds, as well as bending and press tooling. The local company manufactures and distributes cable- and wire-identification systems, cable ties and associated cable-fixing equipment, which includes purpose-made protective tubing and clips for automotive wiring harness manufacturers.
Other products include purpose-designed electrician’s tools, test instruments, industrial-duty electrical connectors and a comprehensive range of high-spec military vehicle, construction vehicle and aerospace connectors. It also assembles and supplies electrical combiner systems for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems, manufactures and supplies cable-fixing components for PV systems and supplies high-end PV testing equipment.
