JSE-listed Grindrod has announced that Xolani Mbambo will move into operations, following a successful tenure as FD of the company.
He joined the company in 2013 as CFO of the Freight Services division and was promoted to FD in 2018.
As a result, Grindrod has started the process of appointing a new FD and once this appointment has been completed, Mbambo will step into his new role.
The board expressed its gratitude to Mbambo for his contributions to the company over the years.
