Project Description
The project involves the development of a green hydrogen production facility using solar photovoltaic (PV) renewable power.

The planned concept and feasibility studies will cover an initial 10 MW electrolyser producing an estimated 1 650 t/y of hydrogen.

If proved feasible, Anantara will develop, fund and operate at least 100 MWp of solar PV renewable energy, which will provide clean energy for the facility.

The green hydrogen facility will be an extension to Quantum and ib vogt’s development of a gigawatt-scale solar power project for which they have obtained funding commitments from financial institutions for up to $6-billion.

Subject to a positive outcome of the studies, it is expected that the financial close for a green hydrogen production facility could occur in 2024, with green hydrogen production starting in 2025.
