The $3.6-billion, 123-floor Lotte World Tower, in Seoul, South Korea, boasts some record-setting amenities, including the highest glass floor at the top of a building and the highest swimming pool. Pictured are visitors taking photographs from the glass-bottomed observation deck in mid-March, ahead of the building’s official opening. But Bloomberg reports that Lotte may become the latest victim of the so-called “skyscraper curse”, with the company’s 94-year-old founder and three of his children facing corruption charges.
