Background to Founding:
Our story is a simple incidental story, when our founders (as landlords) needed to meter tenants correctly and accurately, while making sure tenants do not leave behind unpaid utility bills that arrive days or months later.
In those days technology for sub-metering was almost non-existent and tokens were transferred via fax on paper. It was just not a sustainable solution and came with too many headaches.

Although our founders were landlords, they came from a technology and innovation background which allowed them to see how technology, combined with innovation, can positively impact the sub-metering industry. They took it upon themselves to effect this change for anyone interested in improving better sub-metering solutions.

What started as something to share with other landlords, has turned into a fully fledged business almost 20 years later and we are still working on an even bigger impact for our industry than ever before.

Company Mission, Products & Services :
Although a suite of prepaid metering products is provided, our core focus is our software service which supports those meters. Together with the meters, the software and our customer help desk, we are on a mission to provide our customers with full peace of mind.

That means ensuring that you have all the education and tools at your disposal to make accurate decisions, eliminate tedious administrative work and manage your properties better.

We want you to always be ready and fully equipped.

Greatest Corporate Achievement :
To date our greatest achievement has been the development of our utility management software, which has supported over 80 000 meters, body corporates and landlords both nationally and internationally.

Our next greatest achievement is in the works and it is one that we are very excited to share when the time is right!

We hope to achieve full peace of mind in an industry that can seem confusing, frustrating and sometimes even a little bit backwards.
We are working on creating a seamless experience both offline and online, Integrating our meters, management software, customer support and so much more, in such a way that our customers have everything they need at their fingertips.
