Dr John Herselman has resigned as an executive director of JSE-listed ELB with effect from June 30.
Herselman has served on the ELB board for more than 37 years as an executive director and nonexecutive director, and agreed in December 2019 to serve ELB in an executive capacity for a six-month period to assist with the business restructuring that was announced in January of that year.
The board thanked Herselman for his many years of service to the group and wished him well in his future endeavours.
