A delivery-management mobile app aimed at scheduling deliveries, managing administration and providing real-time tracking, has been launched.
The app provides real-time delivery management information such as the current location of drivers, estimated time of arrival, the routes followed and an overview of the progress of deliveries.
Businesses can use the app to access delivery documents, schedule routes and receive delivery confirmations, while customers can track the location and progress of their delivery.
South African enterprise software development and services company Argility Technology Group, developed the MultiTRAX app as part of its in-house ‘Shark Tank’ initiative, which encourages its staff to develop new ideas.
The company plans a roll-out of the app to major South African brand organisations.
