DBSA appoints Boitumelo Mosako CEO, Zodwa Mbele interim CFO

Development finance institution the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA) has appointed Boitumelo Mosako as CEO with effect from April 1 after completing all internal appointment processes and procedures. She will step down as CFO on the same date.

As CEO and executive director on the board, Mosako will be a member of the credit investment committee and of the social and ethics committee, the DBSA says.

As a result, DBSA group executive for transacting Zodwa Mbele has been appointed interim CFO with effect from April 1 to September 30 to allow the bank to finalise the recruitment process for a permanent CFO.

Further, DBSA transacting division project finance head Mpho Mokwele has been appointed as DBSA group acting executive for transacting with effect from April 1 to September 30.
