Container supplier Conceptainer’s range of specialist packaging services now includes contract bottling of almost any liquid product.
“The company’s investment in new mobile bottling equipment, has extended our specialist packaging and material handling solutions to now include a complete customised bottling service, not limited to quick and efficient filling, capping, weighing and packing,” says Conceptainer MD Ken Mouritzen.
He adds that the facility – which receives bulk liquid from tanks, flow-bin containers and drums – is geared to provide economical and safe bottling of liquids.
Moreover, all procedures are carried out under strict sanitation conditions at the Conceptainer plant and for added convenience, the company is also able to transport its 12 m containers to customers’ premises for on-site filling, explains Mouritzen.
“Advantages for outsourcing liquid bottle filling are that companies do not need to invest in specialist equipment and can rely on our skilled operators and specialist services to meet their changing needs, while they focus on core operations,” he highlights.
Conceptainer’s mobile bottling plants are capable of filling bottles from 125 mℓ to 25 ℓ with various liquids, including water and sanitisers. The company also supplies contract packaging components, like bottles, sprayers, labelling and packaging materials, specially designed for every project.
Other products in the Conceptainer range include TELLAP pallet-free bulk bags, Marken pouchless label holders, polypropylene bag repair tape, anti-static corrugated polypropylene board and stillage boxes.
