The Competition Commission has appointed Tamara Paremoer divisional manager of mergers and acquisitions (M&A), effective November 1.
She was acting divisional manager from July.
Prior to that, she held senior positions at the commission, including Health Market Inquiry director and international relations head.
Paremoer also previously worked as an economist in the office of the President’s special economic adviser, Trudi Makhaya.
