Compact, powerful and robust - the new RS-PRO/RSF-PRO series of screw compressors

During the development of the new screw compressors of the RS-PRO and RSF-PRO series in the power range 11.0 to 18.5 kW, the main features were a powerful compressed air supply with low space requirements and easily accessible maintenance parts.

RENNER screw compressors with asymmetrical profiles are designed for uncompromising industrial use.

Oil-injected screw compressors today enable the most modern and economical way of generating compressed air in the corresponding performance range. RENNER relies entirely on this compressor principle.

The new performance class now uses the new PRO compressor generation, which achieves a significantly higher delivery volume. The improved V-belt wrap in combination with a motor rocker provides more power, automatic belt tension and a long service life.

Intensive cooling in conjunction with an aftercooler ensures the necessary operational reliability and good air quality.

The RSF-PRO series is now fitted with radial fans as standard. The noise level is reduced to a minimum thanks to the proven sound insulation box and the newly installed radial fan.

From 11.0 kW, a heat exchanger system for service water or heating water can now be optionally integrated into the RS-PRO series.

The compact dimensions, easily accessible maintenance areas, clearly arranged operating elements and low-noise and low-vibration operation make the screw compressors particularly user-friendly and maintenance-friendly.

With a wide range of options and variants, the series offers the right solution for every requirement.

The optional frequency inverter is separated from the supply air of the machine by a partition wall, for example, and is thus optimally protected against contamination.

Energy efficiency is a matter of course at RENNER. All series work extremely economically.

Therefore, the majority of screw compressors are BAFA-transportable. Up to 40% is returned by the state for new and replacement investments in efficient compressors.
