Outgoing CFO Christine Ramon
JSE-listed Sasol has appointed executive for group finance Paul Victor to take over as acting CFO and executive director from September 10, as Christine Ramon announced her resignation on Monday.
Ramon, whose last day would coincide with the release of Sasol’s financial year-end results on September 9, had resigned from all other directorships and offices she held at the company and its subsidiaries and affiliated entities.
No reason was given for her departure. Ramon joined Sasol in 2006 after stepping down as the CEO of Johnnic Holdings.
