Founded in 2000 Consulting Engineers South Africa’s School of Consulting Engineering (SCE) provides training for Consulting Engineers, their staff, Clients (Government and Private Sector) and other interested parties in the Infrastructure and Built Environment to enhance their engineering, professional management and entrepreneurial skills.
The annual training programme comprises seminars, workshops, in-house courses, short courses and skills programmes, that are developed to meet the specific requirements of the construction and engineering industry and are held countrywide:
- Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Contracts
- Quality & Risk Management and OHS
- Professional Registration, Mentorship and Technical
- Management, Leadership and Finance
- Project Management, Business and IT

Business of Consulting Engineering (BCE)
Management and Leadership Development Programme
The BCE is modular and is a year-long programme. Delegates attend a one-week contact session every quarter, completing assignments and writing exams. Entrance requirements apply. The programme covers:
