Dominic Sewela has been appointed CEO designate of JSE-listed Barloworld, effective October 1.
He will succeed CEO Clive Thomson, who will, after ten years at the helm of the company, step down at Barloworld's next annual general meeting in February 2017.
The company had, in March, appointed Sewela deputy CE, as part of a structured succession plan.
