Barloworld has appointed Andronicca Masemola as CEO of Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa, with immediate effect.
Masemola will take over from Emmy Leeka, who will step into the role of CEO Equipment Eurasia, also effective immediately.
The current CEO of the business, Quinton McGeer, will take early retirement at the end of September, and will use the next six months to hand over to Leeka to ensure a smooth transition.
McGeer has been with Barloworld in various roles within the business for more than three decades.
Barloworld says it aims for Leeka to bring to Equipment Eurasia his experience of turning around the Equipment Southern Africa business.
Masemola was the COO of Barloworld Equipment Southern Africa.
