Swedish multinational manufacturing company Atlas Copco will be acquiring specialised vacuum systems and solutions provider Arpuma.
The acquisition will enable Atlas to grow its systems and solutions business within the chemical and pharmaceutical industry.
The acquired business will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area.
The acquisition is expected to close in the latter part of the second quarter of the year.
