Integrated poultry producer Astral Foods has appointed Gary Arnold COO with effect from October 1.
This position has been introduced with a specific mandate to optimise expansion opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives, while effectively allocating capital and human resources across all Astral divisions, the group notes.
Arnold is currently the MD of Astral's agriculture division. He has been with the group for 25 years and has served in various executive positions.
