AI assistant for improved online meeting experience

The Infor Coleman Digital Assistant is now available for Microsoft Teams

A virtual assistant that provides a conversational interface and offers custom skills, a chat user experience (UX), and natural language processing (NLP) capabilities is now available for use on the Microsoft Teams platform.

The Infor Coleman Digital Assistant was previously available on a web browser, the Infor Go mobile application (app), and Amazon Alexa for Business. Infor customers can now interact with the artificial intelligence (AI) assistant using Microsoft Teams, which aims to help reduce adoption friction when rolling out the digital assistant to organisations that already use the Teams tool.

“In the post-pandemic world, remote working and the use of collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams are ever more relevant. Enabling Coleman Digital Assistant within that ecosystem is a testimony to Infor’s commitment to be on the leading edge of technology trends. New Infor customers can activate the app directly from the Teams store, while existing customers can activate the service by means of Infor Support.
