JSE-listed Afrimat has approved and declared a final gross dividend of 81c a share, from income reserves for the financial year ended February 29.
The dividend is subject to a local dividend withholding tax rate of 20%, resulting in a net dividend of 64.8c a share, unless the shareholder is exempt from paying dividend withholding tax or is entitled to a reduced rate of dividend withholding tax in terms of an applicable double-taxation agreement.
